Helium is a 1992 album by G42. It was the second volume of the Theatre of Noise project. All of the material on this album was recorded from the Limp Sink radio show. In 2005, Sinusoidal released the complete Theatre of Noise Collection and the original volumes were discontinued.

The first releases of this album had no track listing. Later they were simply named Helium 1 through Helium 7. The final track listing, as represented on the 2005 CD release is as follows:
