The Limp Sink radio show, hosted by the G42 Players, first aired on September 1991 and was finally cancelled in a wave of scandal in late 1997. The show was best known for it's crazy live antics such as the Doctor Killdare sex advice show, Caffeine Charlie's late-night pranks, and the unique live mixes of popular songs with a highly psychadelic twist. The show also frequently featured anonymous callers who would often contribute their own original material over the telephone.

The Theatre of Noise collection by G42 consists entirely of recordings from the Limp Sink radio show.

Memorable Moments

  1. Caffeine Charlie's Wake-Up Service trying to convince an anonymous man that "your kids are swimming in my pool", after failing to convince the man that he had called for the wake-up service
  2. Doctor Killdare having girls call in to orgasm on the air
  3. Playing Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit backwards
  4. Playing only the into to Beck's Loser but playing it repeatedly, on and off for an hour as people continued to call in begging to hear the rest of it.
  5. Playing an entire Tomi Amos song while strobing the audio on and off
  6. The Combine Harvester song at 33RPM
